After years of living abroad, Maurizio returned to Salento, with a deep desire to reconnect with his roots. Not long after he met Alessandra - me, a free spirit who had also explored many corners of the globe. Together we encouraged each other to take a leap, leaving our jobs and follow our passion. With Maurizio's engineering background, and mine design expertise, we restored several properties in a very short time. Some for rent and some for sale. Along the way, we learned so much about buying and renovating homes in Salento. With a time we build the perfect team of people and what started as only renting properties mission, naturally grew into helping others find and restore their own dream homes, while they renting our apartments.
