About Us

After years of living abroad, Maurizio returned to Salento, with a deep desire to reconnect with his roots. Not long after he met Alessandra - who had also explored many corners of the globe. Together they encouraged each other to take a leap, leaving their jobs and follow their passion. With Maurizio's engineering background, and Aless design expertise, they restored several properties in a very short time. Some for rent and some for sale. Along the way, they learned so much about buying and renovating homes in Salento.  With a time they build the perfect team of people and what started as only renting and reconstructing properties mission, naturally grew into helping others find and restore their own dream homes, while settling into their temporary accommodation.
